ITS Open House Monday, August 4

ITS will hold its open house on Monday, Aug. 4, from 2:30-4:30 p.m. in the new ITS office, Burke Library, North side. Members of the Hamilton community are also invited to tour the new Multimedia Presentation Center that opened last year on the first floor of Burke. There will be food, technology demonstrations and more. As part of the effort to expand the on-site capacity of the Burke Library for books and periodicals, make room for the integration of the materials from the Science library and increase the number of faculty study carrels, ITS has moved from the basement to the new office on the third floor of Burke.

Campus Telephone Directory
We are currently in the process of verifying information for the 2003-04 Campus Telephone Directory. Any changes should be reported to Personnel Services, ext. 4302. You will receive a copy of your information on file for verification in early August.

In the meantime, if you need campus contact information for new members of the College Community or those who may have transferred or changed offices, utilize the College's on-line Directory. To obtain a telephone extension, use the"dial by name" directory service: Call ext. 4809, press 1 and then key in the name of the person you are seeking (last name and then first name until the system recognizes the specific individual being sought). This information is automatically updated.

End of Summer Hours and Labor Day Reminder
As we prepare to welcome the Class of 2007, the College's summer hours will officially end on Friday, Aug. 22. Effective Monday, Aug. 25, the College's regular hours of operation will return to 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Labor Day will be celebrated on Monday, Sept. 1. However, since Labor Day coincides with the first day of classes, many offices and essential services will need to remain staffed. If you are uncertain about your work schedule on Labor Day, please contact your supervisor.
