New ID Cards

During January break all employees of the college will receive new ID cards.  The cards will now use your colleague ID number, which was established by the college, rather than you Social Security number. Upon receipt of your new card, please cut up your current card and dispose of it as this card will no longer be valid.

In some cases individuals may not receive a new card. This is either because your photo is no longer on our system or you never had a card.   In the past few months our system was exposed to a virus and unfortunately a few records, as well as photos, were corrupted. We will notify all individuals who we know have missing information or photos via e-mail. Your cooperation in having a new photo taken will be greatly appreciated as we would like to complete this process by Wednesday, Jan. 14.

Any questions, please contact Dannelle Parker at Ext. 4372
