Community Outreach Campaign


We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the Hamilton Community for your donations to the Community Outreach and United Way Campaigns.

During the 2008-09 campaign we surpassed our goal and received a record-breaking number of pledges and gifts. In all, 129 Hamilton employees pledged $50,427 to the Community Outreach Campaign, including $5,474 for the United Way surpassing the previous year's record of 121 employees pledges of $46,394.

Our goal for the 2009-10 year is to set another record at $52,000. In this turbulent economy, there is a greater need than ever for us to help others in need.

You already may know a good deal about our local organizations and the good work they do for our community. If not, please review the information on this website and select which to support with your contributions.

Hamilton College will continue its support of local charitable organizations in 2009 by offering employees two ways to give:

The Hamilton College Community Outreach Campaign
The College allows employees to contribute directly through payroll deduction to one, two or three social service agencies listed on the enclosed form. 100% of your contribution will go directly to each designated agency.


The United Way Campaign
If you would like to give to the United Way using check, credit card or payroll deduction, you may check the appropriate box on this form, or call Sue Campanie at x4106. A United Way form will be sent to you.

Forms are due Friday, November 13, 2009.

Be sure to retain a copy of the completed form for your records.
