The Spectrum Conference will take place on the Hamilton College Campus on February 22-23, 2014. Students, faculty and staff from any of the six colleges that are part of the NY6 Consortium may register for free. Please note that the conference will pay for hotel rooms for the first sixteeen participants from Hobart & William Smith Colleges, Skidmore, St. Lawrence University, and Union Colleges only. Hamilton & Colgate students will not need hotel rooms.
Please note that this conference is free to all participants, with support from the NY6 Consortium and Hamilton College. However, we ask that individual schools coordinate and pay for travel to Hamilton College for the conference. The first sixteen participants from any of the four colleges mentioned above will also receive free lodging at a local hotel (4 students to a room), and any participants beyond that are requested to solicit funds from their college to cover additional hotel fees.
Faculty and staff members may register for free, but are requested to solicit funds for hotel accomodations and travel from their home institution. The conference hotel room rate is $120 per night. Please click the hotel link on the left to get more details on how to reserve a room.
Meals starting with lunch on Saturday and ending with lunch on Sunday will be covered by the conference for all participants.
