Reporting a Lost CardIf you lose your card, you should immediately "freeze" the card online. You should also report it to the Hill Card office, 315-859-4271. Once the card is located, you must contact the card office to "unfreeze" your card. If you have any questions about the Hill Card, please call the Hill Card office at (315) 859-4271. CARD REPLACEMENTThis new card has been provided to you free of charge. Replacement cards will incur a charge of $20. In the event the magstripe or proximity chip stops working on your card, or the card becomes cracked or broken, bring it to the Hill Card office in the Philip Spencer House. We will replace it free of charge. If you do not bring back the card or a piece of the card, you will be charged $20 for the replacement. The office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Weekend ID card replacement is available at the Campus Safety office: Fridays at 5pm -midnight Saturdays 12am-7am and 4pm-midnight Sundays 12am-7am only. Campus Safety will only replace lost ID cards. Requests for damaged card replacements or Pub cards should process at the Hill Card office. |
