Reporting a Lost Card


CARD REPLACEMENT
This new card has been provided to you free of charge. Replacement cards will incur a charge of $20. In the event the magstripe or proximity chip stops working on your card, or the card becomes cracked or broken, bring it to the Hill Card office in the Philip Spencer House and we will replace it free of charge. If you do not bring back the card or a piece of the card, you will be charged $20 for the replacement. The office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

If you lose your card, you should report it to the Hill Card office immediately.  You can also make this report online.  You must contact the card office to "unfreeze" your card if it is found.
