At the beginning of each semester students must attend the Project SHINE Training. This training is intended to prepare students to enter the ESOL or Citizenship classroom as coaches of older learners. Students will learn more about Project SHINE, working with people from different cultures, tutoring ESOL, and what it takes to become a US citizen. Attendance at the Project SHINE Training is required to participate in SHINE.
