Hamilton Student Participates in Iowa Caucus

    Mandy Bowman  '10, Hamilton's only Iowan, participated in the Iowa Caucuses on January 3.  Traditionally, Iowa is  the first state to elect delegates for the county conventions; although New Hampshire hosts the first primary, Iowa hosts the first caucus and sets the precedent for the primaries.  Bowman feels her vote counts more in the caucuses than in the nationals because of Iowa's strong influence. "As much as people put Iowa down, Iowans really know their politics and care a lot about who represents them. Iowa leads the way." More. . .

    So my MMMBop CD has been gathering dust for, well, quite a while. But because Hanson hasn't been in circulation in my car lately doesn't mean that there isn't a teenybopper in North Dakota who is pining for it. Lucky for me, for us, there is Swaptree.com.
