Early Decision Notification for the Class of 2012

    The Early Decision Round I letters for the Hamilton College Bicentennial Class of 2012 have been mailed.  133 students were admitted out of a competitive pool of 341 Early Decision Round I applications. Dean of Admission and Financial Aid Monica Inzer described this year's Early Decision applicants as "academically strong and diverse." More. . .
 

FebFest Boasts Full Line-Up

    On Saturday, February 9, Hamilton will kick off its annual FebFest celebration. This year's theme, "Duel 2008," recalls the fateful duel in which our namesake Alexander Hamilton met his untimely death at the hands of Aaron Burr. The theme is revitalized with Hamilton's mascots, Al Ham the pig and Wally the Snowman, filling the shoes of Hamilton and Burr. Students can choose sides by purchasing a t-shirt with their favorite mascot in Beinecke. More. . .
 

KJ Construction & Other Renovation Projects

    For Dark Side residents, hearing and seeing the progress of the Kirner-Johnson construction is a daily event.  But what is really going on behind the tarps?  According to Steve Bellona, Associate Vice President for Facilities and Planning, construction is proceeding on schedule.

SA Update


For Past 3 Weeks

1.    Since it is the beginning of a new administration, one of the biggest tasks in the first couple of weeks is getting the SA up and running.  I am proud to say that as of last week the SA is completely operational.  Almost every open position has been filled, and the Committees are meeting and getting to work on some very important issues.
