Application Form

Complete the Application Form with most recent information.

References

All applicants should have a Chinese professor complete the Chinese Teacher's Reference Form and have a person other than a Chinese teacher complete the General Reference Form.

Transcript

All applicants should request an official, sealed transcript from the university or college they have most recently attended. If applicants have studied Chinese at other institutions, they should have an official transcript reflecting their Chinese grades sent to ACC.

Physician's Report

All applicants should have the Physician's Report completed by a physician.

Release Agreement

The Release Agreement should have both the applicant's and a parent/legal guardian's signature and the date.

Application Fee

The non-refundable application fee of $50 must accompany the completed Application Form. Please make the check payable to: Associated Colleges in China.

Four Passport Photos

Include passport photos taken within the last year and are required to be 2x2, glossy photos (no computer printouts, please). Applicant's name should be written on the back of the photos.

Return all of the above to the following address by February 15 for students wishing to enter in the summer; March 1 for fall, or by October 15 for students wishing to enter in the spring.
