Course design support (or course redesign) including planning for support services (see the Course Support Planning Timeline) and pedagogical considerations relating to technology use in the classroom
Identification and selection of appropriate technology and research tools for an assignment or course
Instruction for students in research techniques, appropriate technology use, and/or presentation skills
