Planning begins for the physical integration of ITS's Multimedia Presentation Center (MPC) into the Information Commons, located in the Library's reference area. |

A program document is completed for the enlarged Information Commons area. |

A preliminary timeline for the MPC/Information Commons merge is established. |

The MPC is moved into the expanded Information Commons space, and a single service point staffed by library and ITS personnel is established. |
