Last year, the Class of 2007 did something that no class in 14 years had done in their first year off the Hill – they achieved over 50% participation in annual giving, which triggered more than $9,000 in challenge funds from the FirstGOLD Challenge. Impressed with the dedication of '07, former Alumni Trustee Petros Kitsos '88 has decided to continue his encouragement of annual giving in '07 with the SecondGOLD Challenge.

The SecondGOLD Challenge is simple, but the stakes are raised from last year. When 55% of the Class of 2007 participates in the Annual Fund, Petros will match all gifts up to $250 (per individual donor). Incentives are outlined below:

So if you make a $20 gift and 55% of the class contributes, your gift doubles to $40! Petros' continued generosity will allow 2007 to have an even greater impact on the College. And as all gifts from the GOLD Group go toward the GOLD Scholars Program, these dollars will directly benefit students on campus.
