Saturday Breakfast

Start the day off with a big breakfast of home fries, sausage, scrambled eggs, orange juice and coffee. Want something lighter? Then help yourself to yogurt, fresh fuit and cereal or croissants, Danish and muffins.

Saturday Cookout

Buttery corn on the cob, baked beans, hot dogs as well as more gourmet fare of pesto pasta salad, smoked Swiss, Portobello, grilled vegetable, and Arborio vegetarian burgers. Refresh yourself with Saranac beer on tap. Dessert is another local speciallty of half moon cookies in Hamilton colors.

Saturday Class Dinners

Start your class gathering with a cocktail hour and continue socializing over a lovely dinner. Nothing replaces the joy of renewing friendships but it is enhanced by a delicious meal of beef tenderloin, chicken chasseur, whipped potatoes and summer vegetable medley accompanied a glass of wine selected for the occasion. We invite you to linger over marbled cheesecake topped with strawberries and chocolate sauce.

Saturday Dance

Put on your dancing shoes and join classmates for live music and dancing. Bring some cash for the bar but late night munchies are provided.

Sunday Breakfast

After a busy Saturday, treat yourself to a leisurely breakfast of frittata, egg and cheese sandwich, French toast, bacon and home fries. Or grab coffee and a muffin before heading over to the Chapel for the Service of Remembrance.

Sunday Farewell Lunch

Say farewell and head off on the road with full salad bar, pizza station or a warm meal. Our Cafe combos include lemon and thyme roasted chicken, mushroom roasted potates and sauteed beef tips in mushroom and Burgundy sauce, buttered egg noodles and assorted brownies and cookies.
