Amber Aeschbacher-Fanelli, area coordinator, comes to Hamilton from St. Lawrence University where she was a residential coordinator. She received her bachelor's and master degrees from Clarkson University. She is married to Tim Fanelli, who is pursuing his Ph.D. in software engineering. Harvey Cramer returns to the Hill as supervisor of introductory laboratories. He was previously an instructor in biology here and at Utica College. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and his master's from Syracuse University. Harvey has done research at the University of Michigan Medical Center in the molecular genetics of Down's syndrome. (x4455)
Karen DelMedico, assistant, major and leadership gifts, comes to us with a wealth of administrative support experience. In her most recent position, she was executive assistant to the executive vice president/chief financial officer at Utica National Insurance, a position she held for 12 years. Patricia Donovan '93 has returned to the Hill as a part-time biology research assistant, working with Steve Festin in his role as principal investigator under an NIH Grant. Colby Fisher '03, will be putting her recently earned degree in psychology to good use providing administrative support to Professor Jonathan Vaughan in his position as editor of Behavior Research Methods, Instruments, and Computers, a quarterly journal of the Psychonomic Society. (x4743)
Susan Goldberg, journal assistant in the Classics Department, provides administrative support to Professor Barbara Gold in her position as editor of the American Journal of Philology. Travis Hill, area coordinator, graduated from Elmira College with a degree in marketing communications and in May, 2003, from Bowling Green State University with a master's degree in college student personnel. Mark Montgomery, educational and supportive services counselor, received his master's degree from the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine. James Taylor, sports information director, graduated from Utica College, where he had served as sports information director on a part-time basis. Jim has also worked at Lehigh University and was the first full-time director of sports information at DeSales University. Ken Waufle, custodian, has worked in a variety of factory environments and has more than six years as a custodian for local schools and the Harding Nursing Home. He is a high school graduate and a U.
