End of Summer Hours and Labor Day Reminder As we prepare to welcome the Class of 2008, the College's summer hours will officially end on Friday, August 27. Effective Monday, August 30, the College's regular hours of operation will return to 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Labor Day will be celebrated on Monday, September 6. However, since classes will be in session, many offices and essential services will need to remain staffed. If you are uncertain about your work schedule on Labor Day, please contact your supervisor. Campus Telephone Directory It is time once again to update the Directory and this year Personnel Services and Web Services are coordinating a web-based update process. Within the next few weeks, employees will receive an e-mail requesting that they log in and make any changes to their contact information on-line. (Employees who do not have access to e-mail will receive a hard copy.) If you have moved and not advised Personnel Services of your new information, please contact them immediately at ext. 4689. In the meantime, if you are seeking campus contact information for new members of the College community or those who may have transferred or changed offices, utilize the on-line Directory that is available on the College's web site. To obtain a telephone extension, you may also utilize the College's "dial by name" directory service. Call ext. 4809, press 1 and then key in the name of the individual you are seeking (last name and then first name until the system recognizes the specific individual being sought).
