Overview
The first year in the NESCAC was a good one for the Hamilton College men's lacrosse program. The Continentals advanced to the 2012 NESCAC Championship quarterfinals with a 5-5 conference record, and ended up 9-6 overall with half of those six losses coming by one goal. Jon Leanos '12 was voted the NESCAC player of the year and selected a first team All-American by the U.S. Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA). Luke Sadoff '12 was named to the all-conference second team, and he and Leanos played in the USILA Division III North-South Game. Hamilton won eight out of its last nine regular season games and defeated two ranked opponents. In 2013, five starters return for the Continentals. The captains are Mike Clarke '13, Bryan Hopper '14, Ed Reed '13 and Luke Walsh '13.
