Overview
Hamilton College men's lacrosse has enjoyed plenty of success since the turn of the century. The Continentals ran off six straight winning seasons from 2001 to 2006 and have made three appearances in the Liberty League championship tournament since 2003. Hamilton won the league tournament in 2003 and earned a bid to the program's first NCAA championship tournament. The men's lacrosse program was started in 1949 and Hamilton has won 291 games since then. Legendary coach Manfred von Schiller guided the Continentals to 184 of those victories from 1960 to 1996. Hamilton made three trips to the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) tournament during that time.
