	Overview Seven starters and nine letter winners return in 2009 for a Hamilton College softball program that won 12 games, including four in the New England Small College Athletic Conference West Division, one year ago. The group is led by a quartet of three-year letter winners that include catcher Amber O'Connor '09, pitcher Megan Coughlin '09 (pictured) and outfielders Robin Brown '09 and Ashley White '09. Outfielder Kathryn Kroleski '09 is yet another senior on a veteran squad. O'Connor, White and outfielder/second base Rachel Rapoza '10 are the team captains. O'Connor made the all-NESCAC Team for the second time in three seasons in 2008, and aims to help lead the Continentals to the conference championship tournament for the first time in program history.
