3 on 3 basketball is a one time event that allows you and your friends to enjoy some competitive basketball. work up a good sweat and win a champion T-shirt!

Registration

When and where:


  Bundy Field House, Oct 4th, Sunday, noon

Rules:


3 on 3 half court basketball will use a point system where the first team to 11 wins. The game must be won by 2 points. In the semi-final and final game, the first team to 15 wins.
A 2 point shot in a regular game counts as 1 point and  a 3 counts as 2 points.

Roster requirement:

Make a team from 3 to 6 players

A league: 1 varsity player maximum per team.
No gender requirement.

B league: 1 varsity player maximum per team.
1 male and 1 female on court all time.

Fitness Center Hours:

First Floor Weight Room and Atrium

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6am-10:30pm
Tuesday, Thursday: 8am-10:30pm
Saturday & Sunday: 10am-9pm

Second Floor Weight Room and Mezzanine

Monday-Friday: 9am-9pm
Saturday & Sunday: 1pm-5pm

Lisa has served as the US Air Force and Air National Guard Physical Training Leader for 6 years, as well as 20 plus years of Personal Training and Fitness Instructor experience.
