Weight Watchers

The holiday season means that it is time for the Weight Watchers At Work winter session to begin!

All members of the Hamilton community are welcome to join. This includes family members and friends of employees, as well as students. You will be able to choose the plan that works with your life and schedule, without gimmicks or pre-packaged foods. The winter session is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, December 4th, from noon to 1:00 PM, on the third floor of Bristol Center. This is an eight-week program and will continue through February 8th.
 
Just a few details:
In order for the class to start on December 4th, a minimum of 15 paid participants is required.

All registrants must submit their registration fees to David Thompson, Director of the Fitness Center and Campus Wellness no later than Monday, December 3rd. Registration fees will not be accepted at the first meeting.

Registration fees are as follows: $85 for new members, $80 for current members and $72 for Lifetime members not within 5 pounds of their goal weight (checks made payable to Weight Watchers). Cash and credit cards will also be accepted. You will need to contact Dave Thompson with your credit card number and three digit security number from the back of your card.

Fitness Center Hours:

First Floor Weight Room and Atrium

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6am-10:30pm
Tuesday, Thursday: 8am-10:30pm
Saturday & Sunday: 10am-9pm

Second Floor Weight Room and Mezzanine

Monday-Friday: 9am-9pm
Saturday & Sunday: 1pm-5pm

Lisa has served as the US Air Force and Air National Guard Physical Training Leader for 6 years, as well as 20 plus years of Personal Training and Fitness Instructor experience.
