Overview
Hannah Lyons '14 leads Hamilton College women's cross country into 2012. Lyons was Hamilton's top finisher at the 2011 NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Championships with a time of 23 minutes, 32 seconds on the 6-kilometer course. Out of the seven runners the Continentals sent to the regional championships last year, five return this season. The others are Emily Banzer '15, Rachel Cackett '13, Tina Choinski '15 and Allie Gurney '14. They helped lead Hamilton to 15th place out of 36 teams at regionals. Cackett and Emily Heckman '13 are the seniors on the roster.
