Women's Golf

Overview

The first season in Hamilton College women's golf history produced a pair of players whose average 18-hole scores were in the 80s for 2012-13. Nine young women played in at least one tournament and the team competed in eight events. Anne Govern '15, who paced Hamilton with a stroke average of 87.7, leads the Continentals into 2013-14. The fall schedule is highlighted by tournaments hosted by Williams College, Middlebury College, St. Lawrence University and Mount Holyoke College. Last spring, the team traveled to Florida and took on St. Olaf College at West Palm Beach Golf Course. Hamilton practices at the private, 18-hole Skenandoa Club just one mile from campus.
