Overview
Nine letter winners return in 2012 for a Hamilton College women's volleyball program that enjoyed its best season in 12 years. Hamilton's 17-12 record represented the Continentals' first winning season since 1999, and the team posted a 13-2 mark against other New York state programs. Hamilton captured three tournament titles in 2011, and defeated NESCAC rival Trinity College for the first time in 18 years. The Continentals ranked second in the conference in digs with more than 17 per set. One of the reasons for that high rank was Anna Brown '15, who was named NESCAC player of the week after she made the Continental Classic all-tournament team in late October. Three-year letter winners Ally Martella '13 and Amanda Cohen '13 are the seniors on the roster.
