The College will provide the Wright Express Corporate MasterCard to eligible employees who make regular and frequent purchases for the College and/or who frequently travel on College business. The card is to be used for College expenses only and provides a convenient cost effective way to purchase goods and services and to pay for travel expenses.
The credit card program is administered by the Business Office. To apply for a credit card, an application must be completed and approved by your supervisor and you must agree to the Credit Card Policy terms and conditions.

Wright Express Dates & Deadlines
Wright Express monthly statement package, including original invoices/receipts, is due to the Business office no later than 15 days after the end of the statement cycle. **Please adhere to any internal deadlines within your department for review and approval. Athletic cardholders should continue to submit statements and receipts to Kim Hutchins.**
Reminder: If you are traveling and experience issues with your College credit card, please call the 24 hour Cardmember Customer Service # for Wright Express 1-877-557-6415. This number is on the back of your credit card. If you have a centrally billed card, you will need to reference the account address which is 198 College Hill Road, Clinton, NY 13323 and the phone number for Erika Mumford, the account administrator, 315-859-4376.
