WebAdvisor

WebAdvisor provides important payroll information online. 

To view or print your pay advices, follow the instructions below.

WebAdvisor Instructions:

  • Go to webadvisor.hamilton.edu
  • Click on "Log In" in the upper right corner
  • Enter your Hamilton log on information (user id and password) and click on "Submit"
  • Click on "Employees"
  • Click on "Pay Advices"
  • Select the pay date and view your pay advice

If you cannot log into WebAdvisor or you get an error message that says, "You are not set up to view your pay advices online", please call the help desk at x 4181.

If you can log into WebAdvisor but cannot see your pay advice, please call the Payroll Office at x 4316.
