Student Accounts


Welcome to the Business Office's Student Accounts website.  We provide customer service and counseling to students and parents, and proactively assist families in meeting their financial obligations to the College.  We function as the central billing service center for the Hamilton community by providing monthly billing statements of tuition, fees, and other charges incurred by students.

We are also responsible for the billing and collection of student loans administered by Hamilton, college receivables, as well as delinquent tuition accounts.

IMPORTANT - Student account monthly statements are available to view ONLY online and you must sign up. Click on NetPay for detailed instructions.

We are currently in the process of settling all student accounts for the 2014-15 academic year.  Balances must be paid in full by June 30, 2015.  Fall term bills will be sent by mid-July for Fall 2015 semester.
