Welcome to the News section of the Business Office's Student Accounts website. Here you can view our monthly billing messages that pertain to upcoming deadlines, important information regarding the charges or credits on the bill, or information about the services offered by the Business Office.
We are currently in the process of settling all student accounts for the 2012-13 academic year. Balances must be paid in full by June 30, 2013. Fall term bills will be sent by mid-July for Fall 2014 semester.
Student account monthly statements are available to view online and you must sign up. Click on NetPay for detailed instructions.
1098 T forms were mailed to the student's home address after January 30, 2013. They are not available online. Please note if your student graduated in May 2012 you would not have received a 1098T, as Hamilton reports according to when the tuition was billed and not paid.

A registration fee deductible from the fall tuition bill is required of all students who intend to return to Hamilton for the coming academic year. This fee was billed to the student's account in March and was due on April 1. Students may not preregister or participate in the housing lottery until the deposit is paid. It is nonrefundable after May 1.
