    This Power Vinyasa Yoga class will guide you through energetic and quick flowing sequences, with a dynamic mix of postures. It will allow you to release stress, while still building strength and gaining flexibility. End your week on the mat leaving you refreshed and energized for the weekend.   • Reserve your bike! Cruise over the hump day of the week! Work with the basics of indoor cycling while building strength and endurance. We will review proper bike setup, correct form and posture, and learn the basic cycling moves. The class will be 30-40 minutes of cycling with additional pre and post-workout stretching. The total class time will be about 45 minutes. This class is open to everyone, especially those new to spinning. Please bring a water bottle and a hand towel. Instructor: Aileen Basile

  • Introduction to basic jump roping with Jason Hill. This class will cover the balance, agility, rhythm, and technique of jumping rope. This skill ignites your metabolism, improves your heart health and stamina, joint health, and increases focus. Jump rope is a great addition to anyone's fitness journey. All levels welcome and encouraged! All ropes provided.
