Babbitt Residence Hall is located on the south side of campus.

Available to: sophomores, juniors and seniors
Capacity: 164
Special Housing: doubles and singles are grouped into suites with common rooms
Coed by: suites can be either single-sex or co-ed
Each suite includes a lounge area, a kitchen facility and a bathroom that is shared with another suite. In addition, Babbitt has a central lounge with couches and television as well as several laundry facilities.
