At the Time of Application 
(October 1-October 17):

1. Resume draft
(used to determine your eligibility - not for matching)

2. Essay
a short response to the following questions:

a) What are your top four organizations in order of preference?
b) Why did you choose these four organizations?
c) What is your reason for participating in HamiltonExplore?
 

By November 9:

1. Approved Resume

  • requires 1-2 meetings with a Career Center peer counselor

2. Attendance at a pre-departure workshop

  • one hour long
  • five separate times in October and November
