Division of Administration and Finance

The strategic goals of the Division of Administration and Finance are to: share and support the College's mission and goals, operate as a team, deliver the highest quality services to the College community, innovate and collaborate, and continuously improve the College.

Departments within Administration and Finance: 

Auxiliary Services
The Office of Auxiliary Services has operational responsibility for purchasing, risk management, real estate (rental and owned), the College Mail Center and Print Shop, campus card services, summer programs/conference services and vending contracts.  

This office also serves as the liaison between the College and Bon Appetit, Cafe Opus, Barnes and Noble (college store) and BTI - The Travel Consultants.  

The Office of Auxiliary Services is also responsible for the review and approval of campus check requests, invoices and reimbursement requests.  Questions should be directed to Irene K. Cornish at x4999 or icornish@hamilton.edu.

The responsibility for campus card services, summer and special programs, weddings, vending, Cafe Opus, the Little Pub and use of dining facilities is provided by the Director, Summer Programs and Conference Services.  Contact Dannelle K. Business Office
The Business Office oversees the financial operations of the College, including research grant administration, accounts payable, payroll, accounting, and budget management.  In addition, the office provides financial services, such as accounts receivable and loan. Business Office home page

Environmental Protection, Safety and Sustainability
The Environmental Protection, Safety and Sustainability Office is responsible for directly managing various occupational and environmental obligations on campus, and assists with the College's fire safety, emergency preparedness and sustainability efforts and initiatives.

Human Resources is committed to developing and maintaining a positive work environment by providing benefits and services to individuals and departments to help attract, develop, and retain a  talented and diverse work force. Investment Office
The Investment Office works with the Investment Committee of the Board of Trustee to oversee all lnvestments of the endowment fund. The Investment Office reports monthly and quarterly to the Investment Committee, providing performance reporting, due diligence on investments, and support on new investment searches led by the Investment Committee.  Amy Clausen is the Investment Analyst/Portfolio Accountant.  

Physical Plant

The Physical Plant, also known as Maintenance and Operations is responsible for the physical upkeep of the college, including repair work and grounds. Please visit the Work Control website in order to place a work order.
