PayrollThe Payroll Office is located on the second floor of the Spencer House. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The Payroll Office is responsible for processing all payroll according to the following schedule: Faculty and Exempt Staff-Monthly Non-Exempt Staff-Weekly Students-Bi-Weekly For more information regarding payroll and forms needed for employment, please refer to "Human Resources" at: https://my.hamilton.edu/college/personnel/ Accounts PayableThe Accounts Payable Office is also located on the second floor of Spencer House. Checks are normally issued weekly on Fridays. All properly completed and approved check requests, invoices and employee expense reports should be submitted to Accounts Payable by Tuesday at noon in order for the check to be issued by Friday. Please refer to the Expense Reimbursement Policy located on the Business Office home page for further information regarding documentation. |
