View/Pay My Student Tuition Statement of Account Using Net.Pay

View and Pay your student tuition statement of account online with Net.Pay!  Net.Pay is a web-based billing and payment service that enables you to receive your Hamilton College monthly student tuition statement of account online and submit payments online using an electronic interface with your bank.  There is no additional cost associated with using Net.Pay.

DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS TO SIGN UP FOR ELECTRONIC BILLING

STUDENTS MUST SIGN UP FIRST

  1. Click on Net.Pay for Students
  2. Login to My Hamilton
  3. Agree to terms and conditions and click NEXT
  4. Fill in your ID#, name and email address and click NEXT
  5. This brings you to your bill history page. You have successfully logged in.
Next you will receive an email saying you have enrolled and giving you instructions on how to set up your parents.  Below are the instructions.
 
  1. Click on Net.Pay for Students
  2. Login
  3. Click on the My Profile tab across the top of the page
  4. Click on Invite Other Payer
  5. Complete the Other Payer Access page as follows:
  6. Nickname = Parents name-can be anything you want. For example Mom, Dad, Grandpa, Sue, etc.
  7. Email Address #1 = defaults to students email address PLEASE KEEP THAT THERE
  8. Recipient Email = parent's email address
  9. Check the box for Tuition
  10. Click on Invite
This will bring you back to the My Profile page and your payer will now be listed under the "Other Payer Access" with an Activation ID included.
 
Next your parents will get an email from you saying they have been invited to enroll to view their student bill online. The email gives them steps to log in, sign up and it includes their activation ID#. Below are the instructions.
 
PROCEDURES FOR PARENTS (PARENTS MUST SIGN UP!)
 
  1. Click on Net.Pay for Parents and Others
  2. Click on Sign-Up
  3. Click on Other Payer
  4. Fill in Activation ID (supplied in email) and Student ID and click NEXT
  5. On the Other Payer Access page fill in your first name, last name and your email address should be in Email Address 1 and click NEXT
  6. Complete the Login Information page and click NEXT
  7. You will receive an email saying you have been enrolled.
 
Each month when the tuition bills are ready, you will receive an email informing you that the bills are ready for viewing. You then click on the link and log in with your user name and password. You can go in at any time and view your statements. The information will be updated monthly as the billing process is run.
