Employee Assistance Program (EAP)


You and/or your family members can call HorizonCare at 888-293-6948 any time of the day or night, 7 days a week, and speak with licensed counselors on a confidential basis. Counselors are available to assist you with:

  • Relationship management
  • Balancing work and family life
  • Dealing with substance abuse issues
  • Financial planning
  • Finding legal support
  • Preparing a will
  • Child or elder daycare
  • Lifestyle changes
  • and much, much more.
In addition to telephone counseling, you may request up to 3 face-to-face visits with a counselor, at no cost to you. The entire cost of the benefit plan will be paid by Hamilton College on your behalf.
