Training and DevelopmentHuman Resources encourages College employees to take advantage of one or two-day community seminars designed to develop basic personal, professional, managerial, supervisory and technical skills. For additional information regarding the programs as well as the registration process, contact Lindsay Varnum, ext. 4302.Many of the seminars listed below, as well as others, are also available as Audio and Web Conferences. This allows employees to participate in an information-packed session from your own office alone or with a group. Conferences usually last about 90 minutes.
