• All plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment of the college
• Heating boilers and related equipment (pumps, tanks, etc.)
• All kitchen equipment in the dining halls. All refrigeration, air conditioning systems and cooling towers on campus
• All fire safety systems (alarms and sprinklers)
