Offset printed jobs are priced per job. This process is more expensive when running small quantities. It is each department's responsibility to keep track of their inventory. Do not wait until you are down to a few hundred sheets before re-ordering.

$6.25 minimum set-up by machine; $.03 per page x number of sets.
Stapling
$.005 single staple (limit 60 sheets); $.01 double staple (limit 60 sheets); $.02 per piece by hand.
Cutting
$6.25 minimum (by machine); $25.00 per hour.
Drilling
$6.25 (first 1,000); $12.50 1,000 and up.
Folding
$6.25 set-up charge + $.005 per piece by machine; $.03 per piece ½ fold, $.04 per piece 1/3 fold by hand.
Binding
Tape: $.60 per book; $.25 each for clear plastic covers.
GBC (Spirals): $.50 each 1/4"-5/8"; $1.00 each 3/4"-1";
$1.50 each 1 1/4" and up; $.12 each for clear plastic covers.
