Offset Printing Prices


Offset printed jobs are priced per job. This process is more expensive when running small quantities. It is each department's responsibility to keep track of their inventory. Do not wait until you are down to a few hundred sheets before re-ordering.

Basic Printing Costs Include:

Typesetting or Design $25.00 Per Hour
Offset Plates (Paper) $10.00 Each
Press Time $25.00 Per Hour
Paper Stock Prices vary depending on stock used. Call for price quotes.  Ink Prices vary depending on coverage and colors.  
Finishing $25.00 Per Hour
Includes cutting, folding, collating, stapling, trimming, hole-punching, padding, bookletmaking, etc.  *See below.  
Overhead/Set-up/Spoilage Charge 10% of final total
                    

Finishing Prices:

Collating $5.00 minimum set-up by machine; $.03 per page x number of sets
Stapling $.005 single staple (limit 60 sheets); $.01 double staple (limit 60 sheets); $.02 per piece by hand
Cutting $5.00 minimum (by machine); $20.00 per hour
Drilling $5.00 (first 1,000); $10.00 1,000 and up
Folding $5.00 set-up charge + $.005 per piece by machine; $.03 per piece ½ fold, $.04 per piece 1/3 fold by hand
Binding $.40 per piece on Docutech; $.50 ¼"-5/8"; $1.00 ¾" and up GBC spirals; $.12 each for clear plastic covers
Padding $5.00 minimum (by hand); $20.00 per hour
