100 College Hill Road is a duplex being used by Hamilton for temporary housing. The first floor apartment has two doubles and a single, totaling five beds. The second floor apartment includes two doubles and two singles with a total of six beds. Each apartment is equipped with cable and high-speed internet access, as well as having a living room and large kitchen. These apartments can be coed or single sex, but the total building occupancy cannot cannot exceed 60% of either gender.
