	2008-2009 Housing Lottery Important Dates Off-Campus Lottery: February 6th – Off-Campus Sign-Ups begin in Res. Life February 26th (4pm) – Deadline to sign up for the Off-Campus Lottery. February 27th – Off-Campus Lottery takes place (no participation necessary). March 4th or shortly thereafter – Notification of Off-Campus Lottery results (via email) April 2nd (4pm) – Deadline to accept or decline off-campus option April 2nd (7:00pm) - Mandatory meeting for all off-campus residents. Science Aud. Medical Pre-Assign Process: February 18th – First day applications are accepted (to Assoc. Dean of Students for Diversity & Accessibility, Allen Harrison, Jr.) February 29th (4pm) - Deadline to turn in Medical Pre-Assign application March 3rd – March 7th – Decision made as to if a pre-assignment is necessary March 10th (4pm) – Every applicant will be notified the result of their request by this date March 21st – Deadline to notify Residential Life of which housing option s/he prefers Junior Year Abroad Option (current Sophomores only) March 26th - Sign-ups begin in Residential Life April 4th (4pm) - Deadline to sign-up for JYA Option Lottery Information Session: March 11th (4:30pm) - KJ Aud Specialty Lottery (Substance-Free & Co-Op): March 31th – Sign-ups begin for the Substance-Free and Co-Op lotteries in Res. Life April 7th (4pm) - Sign-ups end for the Substance-Free and Co-Op lotteries April 9th (5:30pm) – Co-Op Lottery takes place at E.L.S. April 9th (7pm) – Substance-Free Lottery takes place at E.L.S. Lottery Numbers: April 11th – Lottery numbers available to be viewed by students Blocking Lottery: April 11th – Sign-ups start for the Blocking Lottery in Res. Life April 17th (4pm) – Sign-ups end for the Blocking Lottery April 21st (6pm) – Blocking Lottery takes place at E.L.S.
