Hamilton College will continue its support of local charitable organizations in 2012 by offering employees two ways to give:
The College allows employees to contribute directly through payroll deduction to one, two or three social service agencies listed on the enclosed form. 100% of your contribution will go directly to each designated agency.
If you would like to give to the United Way using check, credit card or payroll deduction, you may download a form here, or call Sue Campanie at x4106. A United Way form will be sent to you.
Please submit all forms to the Office of the President by Friday, November 18, 2011.
Be sure to retain a copy of the completed form for your records.
For each of the past 5 years we surpassed our goal and received a record-breaking number of pledges and gifts culminating in an incredible 2011 with 127 gifts totalling over $65,000 despite the poor economy. We are extraordinarily proud of our employees for their great generosity.
Our goal for 2012 is to set another record of $67,500. In this turbulent economy, there is a greater need than ever for us to help others in need. Please do whatever you can to help us help our community in this meaningful way.
