Hamilton College will continue its support of local charitable organizations in 2013 by offering employees two ways to give:

The Hamilton College Community Outreach Campaign

The College allows employees to contribute directly through payroll deduction to one, two or three social service agencies listed on the enclosed form. 100% of your contribution will go directly to each designated agency.

• Submit your Hamilton College Community Outreach Campaign 2013 Payroll Deduction Form electronically (please note: employees with email accounts were emailed a link to a personalized form).
• Download a fillable and printable contribution / payroll deduction form

The United Way Campaign

If you would like to give to the United Way using check or payroll deduction, you may download  the United Way form, or call Sue Campanie at x4106. A United Way form will be sent to you. If you want to donate using a credit card, you can do so on the United Way's secure donation site.

• Please submit all forms to the Office of the President by Friday, November 30, 2012.
• Be sure to retain a copy of the completed form for your records
  • If you submit the Community Outreach Campaign Payroll Deduction Form electronically, you will be emailed a confimation for your records.
