Payroll deductions will begin in January 2013 and distributions will be made to organizations quarterly. If your planned deductions do not begin on time, or if you have a change in deductions for any reason, please contact Erika Mumford at x4376 as soon as possible. Please note that you may use your pay stub as documentation for your charitable contribution.
