Payroll deductions will begin in January 2017 and distributions will be made to organizations quarterly. Your name and home address will be provided with your donation (there is an option on the form for you to mark your donation as anonymous). The organizations are encouraged to send you a receipt for tax purposes. You may also use your pay stub as documentation for your charitable contribution.
All submissions, whether in electronic or printable form (printable forms are to be returned to the Office of the President) should be made by Friday, December 9, 2016.
