Our Hamilton Volunteer Community

  • 2 entire classes of Hamilton students (classes of 2012, 2013), or half of the student body, who have particpated in the Hamilton Serves! project
  • 5 one-day service events each year
  • 9 Alternative Spring Break trips with 107 participants in 2009
  • 24 weekly/monthly volunteer projects
  • 40+ employee volunteers for Martin Luther King, Jr. Service Day
  • 60+ student leaders
  • 410+ student volunteers registered through HAVOC
  • 900+ hours of work donated through the Urban Service Experience (USE) preorientation program in 2009
  • 3300 hours of work donated for one-day service events in academic year 2008/2009
  • 4280 hours of work donated by ASB participants in 2009
