As Dean of Students, Nancy Thompson provides leadership to the Division of Student Life. She has served in a variety of capacities in the Dean of Students Office since 1986 and continues to enjoy the privilege of helping students make the most of their Hamilton education. Nancy and her husband, Mark, have two daughters (ages 22 and 14).
