Financial Aid Forms for the 2014-2015 Academic Year

  1. Please select the appropriate "Financial Aid Type" and "Citizenship".
  2. Click the "Get Information" button.
  3. A list of required financial aid application materials to be considered for institutional aid eligibility and their deadlines will appear.

Please include the name of the student on all application materials. Documents can be sent via fax to (315-859-4962) or as a scanned PDF file to finaid@hamilton.edu. Hamilton does not participate with the College Board's Institutional Documentation Service (IDOC).

Returning students can monitor the receipt of requested materials by accessing the "Financial Aid Checklist" area of the student's online My Hamilton account. Look for the "Checklist" option under the "Financial Aid" area.

You must meet the deadlines in order to receive full consideration for institutional financial aid. Failure to meet deadlines may result in reduced Hamilton College Scholarship for otherwise eligible students.

Parents can request access to view their child's online Financial Aid "Checklist". Please monitor your checklist frequently as changes can occur often.

Award letters will be posted online only for returning students. No paper letters will be issued.
