Financial Aid Forms for the 2013-2014 Academic Year

  3. A list of required financial aid application materials and their deadlines will appear.

Please include the name of the student on all application materials. Documents can be sent via the mail, fax (315-859-4962), or as a scanned PDF file to finaid@hamilton.edu. Hamilton does not participate with the College Board's Institutional Documentation Service (IDOC).

Returning students can monitor the receipt of requested materials by accessing the "Financial Aid Checklist" area of the student's online My Hamilton account. Look for the "Checklist" option under the "Financial Aid" area.

You must meet the deadlines in order to receive full consideration for financial aid. Failure to meet the deadline may result in reduced Hamilton College Scholarship for otherwise eligible students.

Parents can request access to view their child's online Financial Aid "Checklist". Please monitor your checklist frequently as changes can occur often.

Award letters will be posted online only for returning students. No paper letters will be issued.

If any income or loss derives from a Business, S-Corp, Farm, Partnership, etc. You may be asked to submit business taxes upon review. U.S. Federal income tax filers: if Schedule C, C-EZ, and/or E were filed as part of your return, complete the Business/Farm Supplement.

For newly admitted or current students only.
ALL students accepting a Federal Direct Loan (subsidized and/or unsubsidized) must complete and return this form BEFORE loan funds will be disbursed. New form must be completed each academic year by any student taking a Federal Direct Loan. 		7/15/2013
16. Direct Loan Entrance Interview Counseling (2013-2014)
For newly admitted or current students only. Sign in and complete "Entrance Counseling".
ALL first-time student borrowers of a Federal Direct Loan (subsidized and/or unsubsidized) must complete an online entrance interview loan counseling session BEFORE loan funds will be disbursed. 		7/15/2013
17. Direct Loan Master Promissory Note (2013-2014)
For newly admitted or current students only. Sign in and complete "Sign Master Promissory Note".
