2015 Open Enrollment

Annual Benefits Open Enrollment Period
Monday, November 3, through Friday, November 14

The following list was developed to make it easier for you to know the actions you need to take to elect your benefits for 2015. 

Review the 2015 Benefits Information update and 2015 Benefits Guidebook and complete enrollment forms as follows:

  •  Medical, Dental, Vision – complete forms only if you desire a change to your current elections OR if you are not enrolled and want to be enrolled. 
  •  FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts) – If you want to participate for 2015, you must complete an enrollment form.


Open Enrollment Meetings

Open enrollment meetings are scheduled for Thursday, November 6, at 9:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., and 1:30 p.m. in the Sadove Student Center Conference Room (112).  The focus of the meetings will be a general review of the College's benefits plans.


Please keep in mind that after the conclusion of this open enrollment period you may not change your insurance and FSA elections unless you have a qualifying event and the change you are requesting is consistent with the event.  Qualifying events include a change in marital status, dependents, or your or your spouse’s employment status (for a complete list, please see page 4 of the Benefits Guidebook).  If one of these events occur, you must notify Human Resources and complete applicable forms within 30 days of the event or you will not be able to make the change until the next open enrollment period.

Completed forms must be returned to Human Resources by Friday, November 14 (or sooner, if possible)!  Thank you.
