Human Resources encourages College employees to take advantage of one or two-day community seminars designed to develop basic personal, professional, managerial, supervisory and technical skills. For additional information regarding the programs as well as the registration process, contact Human Resources, x4302.
Many of the seminars listed below, as well as others, are also available as Audio and Web Conferences. This allows employees to participate in an information-packed session from your own office alone or with a group. Conferences usually last about 90 minutes. Please contact Human Resources, x4302 for a listing of conferences and registration information.
In addition, Human Resources has two Audio Conferences on CD available for loan:
"Never be Blindsided Again: Creating a Culture Where People Speak Up" (Progressive Business Conferences, 1 hour); "Essential Time Management Techniques for Administrative Professionals" (Rockhurst Web Conference Series, 1 hour). Please contact Human Resources, ext. 4302, if you would like to borrow these programs.
