Request for Software Installation

In addition to the standard suite of software that is installed on lab workstations and technology enhanced (TE) classrooms, faculty members can request to have additional, specialized software installed for their specific academic needs.

The standard suite of software for each platform includes:

Windows (7 Enterprise)
Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer¹, Adobe Reader, Citrix Web Client
QuickTime, Windows and Real Media Players
iTunes, Firefox, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Google Earth, ArcGIS

Macintosh (OS X 10.7 Lion)
Microsoft Office, Firefox¹, Preview, Citrix ICA Client
QuickTime² and Real Media Players
iLife - iTunes, iMovie, iPhoto, iDVD, Garage Band
TextWrangler, Safari, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Google Earth

Additional software is required to be appropriately licensed and will be tested by ITS for compatibility before installation. Approved software will be available within 4-6 weeks of the request.

*Requests submitted using the form will be followed up on with a phone call for additional information generally within one business day.
