Upcoming Document Management Demos

As mentioned in last month's newsletter, a group representing broad areas of the campus are researching document management solutions for Hamilton. Such electronic systems will allow us to capture, manage and modify, centrally store, preserve, and deliver content and documents related to organizational processes. The first on-campus demonstration is scheduled for Monday, December 10 and Tuesday, December 11. A schedule and location will be available after the Thanksgiving break.

ITS subscribes to an online training library, Lynda.com, that contains over 1000 video tutorials you can access 24 hours a day, seven days a week. While technology titles are numerous, the library includes a variety of other tutorials.
