HR/Payroll Update

The HR/Payroll project team is working diligently to implement the new HR/Payroll system within the framework of our existing Colleague administrative system, and is on track for the January 1, 2013 conversion date. This conversion will be seamless for all employees.

Beginning January 1, 2013 you will be able to view your pay advices online through WebAdvisor! WebAdvisor is a browser-based, self-service tool that is currently used by students and faculty to interact with our Colleague administrative system for such things as course registration, schedules, transcripts, advising, grading, and class rosters. The Payroll Office will provide more information as we approach the conversion date.

Coming soon – Web Time Entry! The HR/Payroll project team is currently exploring options for employees to enter their time worked online and eliminate paper timesheets. More information to come in 2013! Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work through the conversion process.
