Getting Started

This guide provides a brief overview of the computing resources and services available to you as a new member of the Hamilton Community, and your responsibilities in using them. In addition, you are referred to ITS webpages that contain other important information.

ITS Policies and Procedures

This page contains information technology policies and procedures and also outlines responsibilities of those who use computing and networking facilities at the college.

 

Your College Office

This section includes information on your telephone and voice mail, computer, the Hamilton network, your accounts and passwords, and a variety of web based tools available for you to use.

 

Your Home Office

Several ITS services are available for your home office: Microsoft Office and anti-virus software, home computer repair, and short term laptop loans. Employees are also eligible for cellular phone discounts from several carriers. 

Technology for Teaching & Research for Faculty and Students

The Educational Technology Services team works with faculty to design, develop, and support the use of technology as part of the teaching and learning process.



Technology for Teaching, Presentations, and Events

The Audiovisual Services team provides quality service and support to the Hamilton Community for their teaching and multimedia presentation needs.
